Registered Nurse - Home Health

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive home health nursing services to geriatric patients in Baltimore County, ensuring quality care across multiple schedules. This role involves visiting patients in their homes, documenting accurately, and collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in a home setting according to physician orders.
Complete Oasis documentation precisely to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Maintain regular communication with clients and healthcare providers to monitor patient progress.
Participate in on-call rotations as required to address urgent patient needs.
Complete a minimum of 6 patient visits daily to meet productivity expectations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and travel compliance requirements for assigned shifts.

Qualifications:

Require at least 2 years of home care nursing experience.
Proven proficiency in Oasis documentation practices.
Hold a valid MD or compact RN license.
Possess BLS certification.
Have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends if necessary.
