What this job involves:As a Construction Project Manager specializing in office building and financial centre construction at JLL, you'll lead transformative projects that redefine how space serves business. You'll own the complete lifecycle—from initial concept and budgeting through strategic execution and final delivery. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll experience that firsthand as you leverage our broad network to drive growth and deliver strategic solutions that matter.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead end-to-end project delivery for office building and financial centre construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standardsDevelop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans while proactively identifying and mitigating risksCoordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain project momentum and qualityServe as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and providing innovative solutions to conflicting prioritiesOversee contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor management to optimize project outcomesMonitor construction progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsFacilitate strategic decision-making by analysing project data, preparing detailed reports, and presenting recommendations to stakeholdersChampion best practices and cultural initiatives that strengthen team performance and drive continuous improvementLeverage emerging technologies and project management tools to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable valueRequired qualifications:4+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management with demonstrated success leading complex projects (e.g., retail financial centres, office workspaces)Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or a combination of relevant work experience, education, or equivalentStrong working knowledge of project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiationsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, high-volume environments while meeting critical deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and with external clientsProficiency in project management technology tools and platforms (e.g., Clarion, Microsoft Project, MS Office suite)Demonstrated track record of acting decisively, thinking strategically, and delivering measurable resultsStrong problem-solving capabilities and ability to navigate conflicting priorities with innovative solutionsPreferred qualifications:Direct experience managing office building and financial centre construction projects from inception through completionProfessional certification such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or equivalent industry credentialExperience implementing new technologies or digital tools to improve project delivery and client outcomesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
