Recruiting Coordinator

LA based online media company, Internet Brands, is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful, and ambitious individual who wants to join a stellar team. What you’ll be doing Coordinating interview schedules for recruiters and hiring managers. Meeting and greeting candidates, and coordinating interview line‑ups. Sending correspondence to candidates during the recruiting process including interview confirmations, necessary applicant documents and various follow‑ups. Updating recruiting reports and candidate databases. Collecting candidate feedback summaries from interviewers. Nice to have Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting. Previous experience working for an online company. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. MUST HAVES High energy and positive demeanor.
