Be highly organized, take initiative to solve challenges, and effectively communicate and follow-upEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous mannerDirect phone inquiries to the appropriate staff membersReply to general information requests with the accurate informationGreet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner and alert employee who is being visitedManage shipping and receiving; accept packages and send an email for any incoming packages, distribute mail to the appropriate person, coordinate shipping (pack, schedule), receive and distribute mailEnsure the office is orderly and neat to always present a professional working environmentProvide parking validation, reconcile, and create a report for accountingEnsure the conference room is in an orderly manner, ready to use (computers, projectors, cables, etc. are available as needed) and appropriately stocked with beverages.
