Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of lawn care professionals to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
• Schedule and organize tasks to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Maintain and operate all equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that team members are trained in safe working practices
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality customer service
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and ensure that they are meeting performance goals
• Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking, inventory management, and equipment maintenance records
• Ensure that all work is completed within the established budget and timeline
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team of lawn care professionals
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
• Ability to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
