Senior Estimator

We are growing and looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our preconstruction group, we rely on this role to lead the estimating process, drive project strategy, and help us win high profile work across a diverse portfolio.What We DoWe are a nationally recognized general contractor with decades of experience delivering complex commercial and multi family projects. With a strong pipeline in the Southwest, we're continuing to grow our Vegas presence and building a high performing team.What You'll DoWe lead the full estimating process from concept through GMPWe analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimatesWe collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and leadership to build winning strategiesWe manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignmentWe prepare detailed takeoffs, budgets, and value engineering recommendationsWe present estimates to internal stakeholders and clients with confidenceWe mentor junior estimators and help elevate team performanceWhat You BringWe're looking for 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or multi-family constructionWe value strong knowledge of Las Vegas / Southwest subcontractor market pricingWe need someone who can lead pursuits and manage multiple estimates at onceWe appreciate expertise in conceptual estimating and cost modelingWe prefer experience with estimating software (e.g., Sage, Bluebeam, OST, etc.)We expect strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBenefitsBase ($150,000-$200,000) + Bonus401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
