Litigation Associate

Now Hiring: Litigation Associate | Pensacola, FL

We’re currently recruiting Litigation Associates with 1–4 years of experience for an exciting opportunity with a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law firm in Pensacola, Florida .

⚖️ What You’ll Do:

- Work on complex litigation, mass tort, and class action matters

- Take and defend depositions

- Draft and brief dispositive and expert motions

- Work directly with experts and contribute to case strategy

- Gain hands-on federal court and courtroom experience

What We’re Looking For:

- J.D. from an accredited law school

- Florida Bar admission or eligibility/willingness to sit for the next exam

- 1–4 years of litigation experience

- Federal court, complex litigation, mass tort, or multi-party experience is a plus

- Excellent legal research and writing skills

- Judicial clerkship, law review, or moot court experience is a plus

Salary: $ Open k + discretionary bonuses

Location: Pensacola, Florida
