Receiving Clerk

Abacus Staffing is currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying product accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring materials are processed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
• Unload, sort, and organize incoming materials and products
• Compare packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents against received goods
• Enter receiving information into SAP and other company systems
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding discrepancies or damaged shipments
• Label, store, and distribute inventory to appropriate locations
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed

Requirements

• SAP experience is REQUIRED
• Previous receiving clerk, warehouse receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
