Conduct in-depth analysis of production data to identify bottlenecks, areas for optimization, and potential cost-saving opportunities, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. Design and execute process validation protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Troubleshoot complex production issues remotely, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and collaborating with on-site technical teams when necessary. Lead virtual project teams in the implementation of new technologies and process upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all process-related activities, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical specifications, and training materials for remote staff. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and process engineering, proposing innovative solutions that align with our client's strategic goals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff working remotely or on-site. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in process engineering within the manufacturing sector, with a strong emphasis on **process optimization** and **efficiency improvements**. Proven track record of successfully managing and improving complex production lines, ideally with experience in **remote supervision** or **virtual team leadership**. Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), Lean Manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Minitab). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different time zones in a **remote work setting**.
