Kentro is looking for a Major Incident Management Support Specialist to provide technical expertise within the Department of Veterans Affairs’ IT system. The successful candidate will work closely with system owners and support teams to recover VA's IT services during critical incidents. Strong background in ServiceNow and incident resolution is essential. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, alongside at least 5 years of relevant experience.
