Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Must hold an active Special Education Teacher license in New Hampshire
- Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, or high school level
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and implementation
- Skills in adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
- Effective communication abilities for classroom management and parent engagement
- Organizational talent and commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with varying abilities
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet each student’s learning goals
- Monitor progress and adapt instructional strategies based on student performance
- Maintain detailed records of students’ academic, behavioral, and social development
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support
- Contribute to a positive, supportive school community dedicated to inclusive education
