Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day and night variable shifts with flexible RTO as needed
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Work every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation
• Requesting one 4-day weekend per month with flexible scheduling
• May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Minimum 2 years OB experience with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Advanced NRP, Wisconsin RN license
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Must be competent in Labor and Delivery procedures
• Work with 11-bed L&D unit and 8-bed Post Partum unit handling approximately 1,350 deliveries annually
• Average monthly delivery rate is 112 with highly variable daily census
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
