Best of all, because all of our clients live right here on-site, there is zero travel or commuting between jobs required during your workday!PRN HOUSEKEEPER - AVAILABLE SHIFTSMONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PMSATURDAY & SUNDAY: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMWhat We OfferCompensation: $16.00 an hour, commensurate with experienceA culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and values401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!How You Will Make an ImpactCleaning resident's homes in Independent Living orResident Rooms in Nursing HomeMaintaining cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment.Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixturesCleaning lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents.Cleaning classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairsAssisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan linersMaintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.What You Will NeedPrevious experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is idealAbility to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipmentAbility to work independently and as a contributing team memberAbility to safely operate Housekeeping vehiclesAbility to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each otherPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
