Project Manager- Concrete

Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day execution, project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and business management of self‑perform projects. Serve as primary liaison with owners and architects, coordinating all project activities. Lead and develop the project team, including senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators. Provide 100% detailed, hands‑on knowledge of project scope, cost control, billings, collections, change management, cash flows, and monthly status reporting. Ensure project completion, financial integrity, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate planning and scheduling execution across all project tasks. Demonstrate flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 5years of commercial construction experience in healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, or commercial markets. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Excellent listening and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to resolve complex issues. Proven ability to build and maintain team morale. Deep understanding of building processes and systems. Comprehensive knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting cost management software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera). Strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude. Pay and Benefits Salary position with an anticipated starting pay range of $100,000.00 – $160,000.00.
