- Prioritize work in accordance with direction from leads or supervisors to meet production and quality timelines.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to report findings, escalate issues, and support resolution of quality concerns.
- Work independently with moderate supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experience developing or working with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a production setting.
- Exposure to clean room environments and adherence to strict cleanliness and contamination control procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality.
- Interest in professional development and continuous improvement of quality processes.
Why Work Here?

The company offers a stable workload and a positive, collaborative culture with a friendly and supportive environment. You can start with a contract-to-hire arrangement, with clear opportunities to convert to permanent employment. During the contract period, you can earn retention bonuses at 30, 60, and 90 days. Once hired directly, you will enjoy generous paid time off starting from day one, including three weeks of PTO and multiple company holidays. Comprehensive health coverage is available on your first day of direct employment, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance. The quality team is small and close-knit, fostering collaboration and strong team relationships. Work takes place in a clean room environment, where maintaining cleanliness and contamination control is critical. Team members must be comfortable wearing full clean room attire and following strict clean room protocols.
