In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments and providing direct therapy services.
• Creating and managing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Participating in team meetings and handling administrative responsibilities, with paid time allocated for indirect services.
• Delivering support for a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• An active Wisconsin SLP license and DPI credentials, or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date.
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting and background screening before beginning the role.
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued.
• Openness to full-time onsite commitment; teletherapy experience welcomed.
