Deptford Signarama is looking for a passionate Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Deptford Signarama — personally representing our brand with clients and prospects, understanding their branding needs, and ensuring those needs are accurately communicated to our production team. Who You Are A confident, self-motivated self-starter who is driven to succeed High energy with an engaging, enthusiastic approach to every interaction Skilled at maintaining professional yet personable rapport with clients A natural closer who consistently follows through on commitments A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude Detail-oriented with a passion for the design and sign industry Previous sign industry sales experience is a plus — but not required What You’ll Do Drive outbound lead generation and build robust sales pipeline Respond promptly to client and prospective client inquiries Meet with clients to advise on the best sign and branding solutions for their needs Generate, present, and negotiate estimates for sign and branding projects Convert estimates into confirmed orders with strong closing techniques Maintain consistent follow-through with clients throughout the project lifecycle Represent the Signarama brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Competitive base pay Commission: Earn on every sale Bonuses: Performance rewards Ready to grow with us?
