Physical Therapist - Home Health

Position is for a Physical Therapist in a home health setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is one weekend on-call requirement every six weeks. The role requires effective communication and the ability to create positive impressions with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers. Candidates must be knowledgeable about therapy best practices. The ability to make appropriate physical therapy judgments is essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented and observant. A disciplined work ethic, with the ability to prioritize tasks and be punctual, is required. This position may involve handling diverse patient situations and finding the best possible solutions.
