Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead / Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume metal injection molding facility. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: South San Antonio (Lackland & Hwy 90)
Pay: $22- $24.25/HR or DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts + mandatory weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production associates
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production schedules
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Monitor KPIs, production output, and quality metrics
- Troubleshoot workflow issues to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams
- Train new hires on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of manufacturing leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, Line Lead)
- Background in production, assembly, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS
- Must pass drug screen & background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in metal injection molding, plastics, or CNC manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement
- Experience with production reporting systems or ERP software
