Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain production goals Perform QC related sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products Verify that laboratory equipment is calibrated regularly and maintain calibration records Maintain the requirements of the various DOTs for finished product approval status Direct the Production Supervisor and Laborers in day to day operations Be cross‑trained to perform Plant Manager related responsibilities including all logistics related duties Coordinate and perform as necessary the various production related duties including the receipt of the raw materials Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, state, and local regulations Qualifications Minimum high school diploma 3+ years quality management in a production environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills SAP knowledge a plus Working Conditions Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors. Must wear protective equipment while at the location Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
