- 13,000 surgical specimens annually

- 4 Physicians in Group
- 5 Histotechnologists
- 1 Pathology Assistant
- 2 Cytotechnologists
- Other Pathologists Present During Coverage: Yes
- Supervision of Other Providers Required: No
