Job Location: West Lake, TX Job Description Responsibilities: 6+ years of experience in gather and document business and functional requirements for Sandbox and Gateway capabilities. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and backlog items in collaboration with stakeholders. Analyze investment professional workflows and identify opportunities for platform enhancements. Facilitate workshops and discussions between business, product, and engineering teams. Support pilot programs by collecting feedback, validating outcomes, and refining requirements. Maintain project documentation, process flows, and operational procedures. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
