This fast-paced warehouse environment focuses on inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.As a Receiving Associate, you'll play a critical role in managing inbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, resolving receiving discrepancies, and supporting the overall flow of products through the warehouse. Your attention to detail will help ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong receiving and inventory control experience who is looking for a stable position where they can utilize their warehouse skills, work independently, and contribute to a high-performing team.Job Type: Temporary (Job type not provided; update if Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire.)Receiving Associate Duties:Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records.Process receipts and inventory transactions accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies including shortages, overages, product damage, and documentation issues.Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, labeling, and inventory placement to maintain inventory accuracy.Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while maintaining a clean and organized receiving area.Schedule:Day ShiftMonday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Pay:$19-$21/hour - Depending on ExperienceReceiving Associate Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.At least 3 years of warehouse receiving experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.Experience using WMS, ERP systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.Forklift experience required and ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment safely.Strong inventory control, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.Benefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD and DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanLocation: Phoenix, ArizonaGMP Warehouse FacilityInterested in this Receiving Associate opportunity?
