Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists offers a comprehensive suite of equipment on-site including CT, MRI, linear accelerator, ultrasound, endoscopy, and a pulmonetic ventilator. Additional features encompass a dedicated full pharmacy and an in-house blood bank. The team boasts experienced veterinary professionals with over 25 years of high-quality emergency medicine, surgery, and critical care practice in San Antonio. A friendly, fun, and collaborative work environment is central to the practice's values. The hospital is passionate about teaching and mentoring veterinarians via externships. The team offers a well-established one-year "ER Academy" internship program, aiming to build a strong medical and emotional foundation for a successful career in Veterinary Emergency Medicine.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
• Board Certified Veterinary Dentist & Oral Surgeon or Residency Trained Veterinarian.
