Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a post-acute setting
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health condition
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and team members
• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Current CNA license to practice in Iowa
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in a post-acute care setting preferred
