What You'll Do As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Requirements Minimum 1 year caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or related experience Valid Driver's License Reliable personal transportation Current auto insurance CPR Certification First Aid Certification Current TB Test Ability to pass background screening and drug test Ability to lift up to 25 pounds CNA License is a plus but not required.
