We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in, Wingene, Belgium- 3 month FTC Contract The Supply Chain Manager will lead all end‑to‑end supply chain operations across the Westfalia Convenience Europe Market Unit. As a key member of the local management team, you’ll oversee demand and supply planning, logistics, and customer service , ensuring smooth product flow from sourcing to delivery. Working within a global matrix structure , you’ll collaborate with the Global Convenience Supply Chain team to implement group‑wide systems, processes, and KPIs, while partnering with the Market Unit Director to tailor operations to local market needs. This senior leadership role is critical to driving service excellence, cost efficiency, waste reduction , and customer satisfaction across the business. Responsibilities Strategic Supply Chain Leadership Demand and Supply Planning Oversight Logistics and Warehouse Management Customer Services Management Team Development and Leadership Financial Management and Performance Monitoring Cross-Functional Collaboration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (required) Strong progressive supply chain experience, including significant leadership responsibilities Proven success in managing cross‑functional supply chain teams across demand planning, logistics, and customer service Familiarity with ERP systems and global supply chain processes Deep understanding of supply chain planning from detailed scheduling to S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfilment Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain data to drive decision‑making Competence in process optimisation and change management Desirable Master’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred) Experience in FMCG, fresh produce, or perishable goods environments highly desirable What can Westfalia Fruit offer you?
