Role Description The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in an on-site, full-time role located in North Vernon, IN. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one therapeutic interventions to support recovery and functional improvement. The role involves documenting patient progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive strategies, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming clinic environment and may participate in community outreach or patient education initiatives. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations. Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and progression of therapeutic interventions. Experience or interest in Home Care, including designing safe and effective home exercise programs and patient self-management strategies. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively within a small practice setting and manage a consistent patient caseload.
