The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents according to established policies and procedures and toensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) :
- Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire.
- Previous nursing facility experience preferred.
