Yes Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in AR only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60-90 days MUST have clean malpractice and NPDB and an active Arkansas license. It's possible to expedite credentialing with the right candidate. Looking for providers who can cover 5 days a month M-F Call type would be In-House and STEMI Call response time 1 hr for in house. Emergency/STEMI less than 30 minutes. Call ratio (not 100% sure what they are asking) 100% inhouse (from staff or hospitalists) No pt call backs Avg call 24hr - 20-25 Pts seen 15-20 - No admissions unless STEMI all are done by hospitalist service
