Senior Product Manager - Payroll

To enhance user experience in payroll solutions, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager - Payroll will define and drive an AI-first strategy, focusing on payroll tax and compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and streamline processes. Key responsibilities Define a product vision and roadmap for AI-driven compliance capabilities that reduce manual effort for customers Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into product specifications Engage with customers to validate problems and solutions, gathering feedback on AI-driven features Required qualifications 6+ years of product management or closely related experience in software product delivery 4+ years of hands-on experience with US payroll taxes and compliance Proven experience in a relevant role within the payroll or HCM domain Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data in product development Experience working with AI/ML-enabled capabilities and translating business problems into AI use cases
