We're Hiring Journeyman & Master Electricians – Meta Data Center Project | Beaver Dam, WI

Insight Global is currently hiring Wisconsin-licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to support a major data center construction project at the Meta Data Center in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with more than seven years of secured work ahead. We're looking for electricians who want consistent hours, strong overtime opportunities, and the stability that comes with working on a large-scale, mission-critical build.

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing conduit, wiring, panels, and other electrical systems throughout the site. You'll work from blueprints and electrical drawings, troubleshoot issues in the field, and collaborate with project leadership and fellow trades to keep the project on schedule.

The only requirement is an active Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician License . Electricians of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Project Details

Location: Beaver Dam, WI 53916
Start Date: Rolling start dates beginning July 13th
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with ongoing extensions; 7+ years of secured project work

Compensation:

Journeyman Electricians

• $35.00–$50.00/hour straight time
• $52.50–$75.00/hour overtime

Master Electricians

• $45.00–$65.00/hour straight time
• $67.50–$97.50/hour overtime

Schedule:

• Approximately 55 hours per week
• Five 10-hour shifts per week
• Half-day Saturdays
