TEMPORARY FRONT DESK POSITION

POSITION OVERVIEW
Temporary front desk coverage for an open-ended leave of absence. Duration is undefined (could be a few weeks or longer). This is a children's camp serving affluent families.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Office Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and check in visitors
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Manage front office scheduling and booking systems
• Create and maintain basic documents and spreadsheets
• Provide helpful, hospitality-focused customer service
• Support office operations as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience using spreadsheets and documents (Google Workspace preferred)
• Customer-facing service experience (hospitality, reception, or similar)
• Reliable, helpful demeanor
• Background check clearable

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Phone experience (customer service, reception, hospitality)
• Google Workspace experience
• Flexibility with variable scheduling

SCHEDULE
7:45 AM to 9:30 PM availability window
Hours vary: shifts can range from 4 hours to full days
Open Sunday through Saturday
Flexibility required for variable scheduling
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Charismatic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Pay is 16 .90-17.50 depending on experience.
