Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients undergoing cath lab procedures according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor and respond to patient status during diagnostic or interventional procedures; administer medications and manage hemodynamic support as indicated.
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, anesthesia, and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety, procedure efficiency, and optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Document care, procedure notes, and patient education; ensure accurate charting and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards; participate in quality improvement, debriefings, and incident reporting as needed.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Cath Lab nursing experience or demonstrated competency in interventional procedures (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, procedural setting and coordinate among multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care coordination skills
- Availability to start on 09/14/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Willingness to travel for the assignment and adapt to a rotating shift schedule
