Maintenance Mechanic
Be part of one of the region's leading dairy cooperatives! We're seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic for Third Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to help keep our plant running smoothly and efficiently.

- Hands-on work across electrical, mechanical, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/refrigeration, plumbing, and machine/millwright tasks.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment to ensure safe, high-quality operations.

What We're Looking For:
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to safe, accurate repairs
- Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Industrial electrical and welding experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and occasional shift rotations
