After Hours RNThe After Hours RN is primarily responsible for gathering clinical information over the phone and directing healthcare services. The After Hours RN uses Lifespark's Clinical Guidelines as well as internal process and/or procedure to meet the needs of residents and staff within their communities. The After Hours RN must possess and use good clinical judgement, careful listening, critical thinking, and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.Position: After Hours RN for Senior LivingHourly: $38.00 - $40.00 hourly, depending on experienceService Area: Remote. Requires 2 half-days onsite for Corporate Orientation in St. Louis Park, 55416 then it will be remote.Schedule: 0.5 FTE. Evenings: 5pm to 1am (start and end time may vary).
