Advanced Practice NurseWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team. The APN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with our physicians and healthcare team. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions, as well as promoting wellness and disease prevention.Advocare, LLC is a physician-owned partnership of leading pediatricians, family practitioners, and specialists in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
