Welders should own their own hand tools and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Shipyard industry. Welder position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:
Welders should own their own hand tools and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Shipyard industry. Welder position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:
- The will be asked to pass a bend test on a 6-inch schedule Copper Nickle pipe in 6GR position (TIG Welding).
- Complete work using safe work practices
- Shipyard experience
- Familiarity with AWS, ASME and other welding codes and practices
- Ability to travel, requiring staying out of town for multiple months at a time
