What You ll Do:

• Deliver expert neonatal care in a high-acuity Level IV NICU setting
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and full-time NICU practitioners
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates, supporting complex medical needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
• Support regional neonatal referral services across coastal Georgia
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
• Document clinical activities accurately, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need:

• Current Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• At least 0 years of experience required; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
