Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We are looking for 10+ years of hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We need advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• We value demonstrated experience leading the effective use of enterprise-approved AI-assisted software development tools in the work environment, including coding, code review, test acceleration, and troubleshooting, with clear expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• We expect a strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and adherence to resilience and security standards.
• We need the ability to solve design and functionality issues independently with minimal oversight.
• We require practical cloud-native experience.

• We provide technical guidance and direction to support business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• We develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• We drive the adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• We apply knowledge of software development life cycle toolchains, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to maximize automation value at scale.
• We influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• We serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.
• We contribute actively to the engineering community as an advocate for firmwide software development life cycle frameworks, tools, and practices.
