About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead its People function and play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full People strategy, including talent acquisition, people operations, learning and development, DEI, total rewards, employee relations, and organizational development. This executive will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping and strengthening a values-driven culture that supports innovation and ethical AI development. Key responsibilities include executive leadership, culture and organizational development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, people operations, total rewards, and learning and development. Applicants for the Chief People Officer role at the company should have a minimum of 18 years' progressive HR/People leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a large People organization in high-growth tech or AI-driven environments, with deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, and total rewards. Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to day-to-day execution. The role requires a leader who is committed to building inclusive, ethical, and mission-driven workplaces and who can balance long-term vision with hands-on leadership.
