- Dry van loads
- No-touch freight on all shipments
- High volume of drop and hook freight
- Combination of regional and extended runs
- Dispatch plans routes in advance

Pay Structure
- $0.56–$0.65 per mile based on experience
- Average weekly earnings $1,400–$1,600
- 2,200–2,500 miles per week
- Yearly income $71,000–$85,000
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Orientation is paid with travel covered
Home Time
- Drivers return home every two weeks
- Stable and predictable rotation

- No more than 2 preventable incidents
- No failed or refused DOT tests
- No recent commercial DUI
- Must complete DOT physical and drug screening
