Production Supervisor in Pennsauken

Production Supervisor Responsibilities Analyze daily production metrics, productivity, quality results, downtime, and workflow performance to drive continuous improvement, improve first-time quality, and ensure production goals are achieved Lead, coach, and develop production employees through performance evaluations, accountability, career growth opportunities, attendance management, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, Die Shop, and other departments to resolve production issues, manage downtime, support root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions Oversee daily operations including manpower planning, schedule adherence, material flow, housekeeping standards, production reporting, quality compliance, and effective shift handoffs to ensure operational success Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in similar production supervisor or lead role Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, production or similar environment Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm Continuous improvement experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
