Senior Brand Strategist

Level: Senior Type: Full-time Location: Daytona Beach, FL Hybrid Compensation: Base + bonus + equity

The role.

You will lead long-arc brand strategy engagements for category leaders in consumer technology, healthcare, and financial services. The engagements are 18–24 months in duration and are run on the firm’s five-phase operating model: Diagnostic, Strategy, Build, Launch, Steward.

You will own the client relationship, the engagement cadence, and the public record. You will work with the firm’s research desk on the long-arc analyses, the category design team on the launch sequence, and the performance team on the paid acquisition operating cadence.

You will be measured on.

• Client outcomes. The client’s brand equity at the end of the engagement, measured against the diagnostic baseline. The client’s category position, measured against the target state. The client’s operating cadence, measured against the 90-day review schedule.
• Public record. The firm publishes. Each engagement produces a public record — a case study, a research paper, or an advisory. You will be a primary author of the public record.
• Team development. You will mentor the firm’s associate and senior associate ranks. The development is the cadence, the cadence is the firm.

You will have.

• 7+ years operating at a category leader, a top-tier brand consultancy, or both.
• Owned at least 2 long-arc brand strategy engagements (12+ months in duration).
• Written at least 3 public artifacts — case studies, white papers, or industry articles.
• Operated in at least 2 of the firm’s four industries (consumer technology, healthcare, financial services, industrial & B2B).
• Experience managing a 2–4 person engagement team.
