Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $21.00–$25.00/HR (Irrigation & Landscape Installation, DOE) | $24.00–$25.00/HR (Concrete & Hardscape, DOE)
Schedule: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM (Must be flexible to work 10–11 hour days)

We are hiring hardworking Landscape, Concrete, and Irrigation Laborers to join a team specializing in commercial and residential landscaping, landscape installation, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and concrete construction. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at all experience levels—from entry-level laborers to skilled tradespeople—who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a career in landscaping and construction.

Whether your experience is in general labor, landscaping, irrigation, concrete work, hardscapes, construction, excavation, or outdoor construction projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, and pruning
• Assist with or complete landscape installations (sod, hydroseed, plants, lighting, fencing)
• Support concrete and hardscape projects (excavation, grading, forming, pouring, finishing)
• Install irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Work on projects like retaining walls, pavers, patios, and outdoor living spaces
• Load, move, and organize materials; perform heavy labor tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe job site (no smoking on sites)
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
