Production Assembler – Door Manufacturing

A local building materials supplier is looking to add a production worker to their team. This company has a positive team environment where you would get to work with a small crew, and work independently on projects!

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with room for growth!

Job Duties:

• Use hand and power tools including nail guns to assemble and finish residential interior and exterior doors
• Support the production line by building door components and ensuring accurate, consistent assembly quality
• Perform quality checks on each door to ensure proper fit and finish before moving to the next stage
• Stack, palletize, and wrap finished doors safely and securely to prepare for shipment and warehouse storage
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks to keep workflow efficient and meet daily production goals

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm

Pay: $20/hr - raises based on attendance and performance

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• At least 6 months of experience using hand or power tools (nail guns preferred) in a manufacturing, construction, or similar environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with repetitive assembly tasks
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately
