ARRT - CT Radiologic Technologist

Shape Lives-and Your Own-in the Rolling Heartland of Purpose and Precision Join a Cath Lab Team Where Every Beat Matters
In a stretch of Ohio where time slows just enough to let you breathe-and where the land rolls in soft waves beneath wide-open skies-there's a hospital quietly changing lives one heartbeat at a time. Here, just beyond the reach of the urban sprawl, a close-knit team of caregivers is performing remarkable work in a community that values both skill and soul. This is a place where your expertise as a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist won't just be appreciated-it will be essential. Whether you're positioning a patient beneath a fluoroscope or providing calm reassurance during a complex cardiac procedure, your work will resonate well beyond the procedure room. It will echo in stories of recovery, in families who sleep easier, and in the trust you help build day after day. Your Expertise, Our Heartbeat From the moment you enter the Cath Lab, you'll sense a rhythm-a kind of unspoken choreography between nurses, physicians, and techs all focused on one thing: the patient. You'll be deeply embedded in a team that runs on collaboration, where communication flows as smoothly as the contrast you help administer, and where even the most intense procedures are grounded in shared purpose. You'll assist with cardiac caths, vascular angiograms, stenting, and pacemaker placements, scrubbing in and circulating while managing hemodynamic monitoring with precision. You'll handle patient prep, sterile field setup, radiographic positioning, and EKG monitoring, applying your knowledge of anatomy and your mastery of interventional equipment to deliver imaging that informs life-saving decisions. But what will set you apart here isn't just your technique. It's your heart. Your ability to show up fully-focused, calm, and deeply human-makes all the difference to those in your care. You'll be more than a technologist. You'll be a trusted presence in some of the most vulnerable moments of a patient's life. A Team That Moves as One We're proud of the way we work-not just the what, but the how. We don't believe in silos or egos. Instead, we believe in cross-training, in shared responsibilities, and in the kind of real-time support that only comes from deep mutual respect. Our Cath Lab thrives on seamless coordination and a culture that prizes both accountability and kindness. Here, your insights will be heard, your efforts will be recognized, and your professional growth will be supported. Whether you're mentoring a student intern, fine-tuning protocols with the nursing team, or helping introduce a new piece of equipment, your voice will matter. And when the shift ends? You'll leave knowing you've done work that matters-and done it surrounded by people who care as much as you do. When the Day Is Done, the Life Begins Step outside the hospital, and the pace shifts. The streets here are quiet, dotted with locally owned cafés, family-run bakeries, and the kind of bookstores that still carry that familiar scent of paper and wood. Beyond downtown, old stone bridges cross winding rivers, and converted rail trails meander through fields and forests, inviting you to bike, run, or simply breathe. In this corner of central Ohio, community means more than geography. It means potlucks and porch lights. It means knowing your neighbors' names and waving to coworkers in the grocery aisle. It means fall festivals that spill onto cobbled streets and summer evenings lit by fireflies and fireworks. There's something grounding about living where the land is generous and the people are genuine. You can take a breath here. You can find balance. And you can build a life that feels like yours. What You Bring to the Table To thrive in this role, you'll need both clinical precision and deep compassion. You're a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and hold a current State of Ohio Radiographer license along with ARRT certification (R.T.) . Advanced credentials-such as ARRT in Cardiovascular (CV), Cardiac Intervention (CI), or Vascular Intervention (VI)-are highly valued, as is certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) . You're already certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) , and you'll obtain your Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within your first year. You're confident with contrast injectors, hemodynamic monitors, balloon pumps, and all the tools of a modern Cath Lab. But more importantly, you're someone who brings presence, professionalism, and grace under pressure. Your documentation is precise. Your teamwork is seamless. And your patient interactions? Those are filled with clarity, empathy, and calm. What We Give in Return In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we're proud to offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus tied to a two-year agreement-an investment not just in your arrival, but in your future here. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM , with one weekly call rotation and every fourth weekend scheduled. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off, retirement with matching contributions, tuition reimbursement, and access to continuing education. But beyond the numbers, what we're offering is something harder to quantify-a role where you're part of a team that sees you, a place where your impact is real, and a town where your life outside of work can flourish. Let's Start This Chapter Together If you've been looking for more than just a job-if you've been craving a place where your work feels meaningful, your team feels like family, and your days feel well-lived-this might be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Come join a department where every heartbeat is sacred, every role is respected, and every day brings the chance to do something extraordinary. Apply now. We can't wait to meet you.
