Comfort Experts is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-level service across a wide range of commercial environments and are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Work across a variety of commercial environments (retail, office, industrial, critical systems, etc.)
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers
• Maintain clean job sites and organized service vehicles

  Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years doing Commercial HVAC service
• Must have experience working on: Water Source Heat Pump systems, Equipment up to 40 tons, and Chiller system knowledge is a plus (not required, but strongly preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in both critical and non-critical environments
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Available for on-call rotation
• Willing to be on after-hours standby as needed
• Reliable and able to work independently
