Role Description The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at Tekgaru will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for technical and non‑technical roles. This part‑time, hybrid position is based in Boca Raton, FL, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home hours. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking and documentation. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure an efficient, inclusive hiring process. The role also involves supporting employer branding efforts, managing candidate communication, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment guidelines. Demonstrated experience with hiring processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate pipeline management. Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Experience with employer branding initiatives, such as enhancing job postings, social media presence, and candidate experience to attract top talent. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR tools or platforms. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple open roles simultaneously. Prior experience recruiting for IT or technology roles is preferred but not required.
