As a Banquet Server at Concord Hospitality, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other special events. Your passion for service, teamwork, and attention to detail will ensure that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression. Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service to all customers, greeting guests and accommodating all guest needs during events, communicating effectively with guests regarding menu questions, delivering food and beverages from staging areas to guests, assisting fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests, learning and practicing buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards, anticipating guest needs and monitoring dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service, setting up, executing, and cleaning up events, and performing side work to prepare for upcoming events.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, commitment to delivering excellent guest service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
